What a mess!
We needed new carpet very bad, so that's what our tax refund went towards.
We ordered the carpet, set a installation date (for a week later so it would def. be in)
Well, that was very much not the case!
My dad and Brian got 2 rooms tore out (thankfully we left the living room for last)
The day before it was supposed to be installed, the lady calls and says it didn't come in. So now we have 2 rooms floored with this nasty ply wood stuff and only one room with carpet so Alexus has a place to play. FUN! not!
Our new couch and love seat that we purchased, had to be picked up by saturday, so it ended up sitting in a van for 2 days.
Four days later when our carpet finally came in and could be installed, I was very excited. It was great to be able to walk room to room without flip flops on, and Alexus could finally have her house back!

Only good thing about the wood floors was Alexus flying around in her walker. She loved it!
This is pretty much how we lived for a week. Everything shoved into one room.. NOT fun!
in the end, the carpet looks good, Alexus loves it, and our new couch and love seat are very comfortable.
